The design strength and diameter of the proposed private pipelines and structures shall be <br /> adequate to handle standard delivery heads or flows for that area. <br /> d. Applicants desiring to build a house on the new parcels shall be required to implement <br /> measures necessary to insure the homesite area will not be subject to flooding by adjacent <br /> irrigated land. <br /> 3. The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all District facilities which may exist <br /> on subject property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded <br /> easements that are present. All existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements shall <br /> be shown and identified on the survey map prior to its recording. <br /> 4. Owner shall enter into an Encroachment Agreement with the District for fencing or any other <br /> proposed encroachments of District easements resulting from the proposed parcel split. <br /> 5.
