The point of connection for the proposed lot is the <br /> existing sewer lateral in Shasta Avenue. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department— Storm Sewer <br /> Although the subject parcel is not within the City of Stockton's Storm Sewer Collection, it <br /> is within two hundred feet from a City stormwater facility. A special agreement may be <br /> arranged between the City of Stockton and the property owners to grant access to the <br /> City's stormwater system pursuant to the City's current Stormwater Management Plan <br /> and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. Please contact the <br /> Stormwater Division of the City's Municipal Utilities Department at (209) 937-8700 for <br /> additional information. <br />
