Fremont Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Mr. Perry: <br /> Re: Site Approval Application No. SA-98-57 of Grace Assembly of God(APN: 143420-57; 3040 E. <br /> Fremont Street, Stockton) <br /> At this time, the Community Development Department will not require a second acoustical study be <br /> provided prior to occupancy of the `day care' building(formerly the `fellowship hall')pending the outcome <br /> of a staff initiated Development Title text amendment. Furthermore, Condition La., requiring the merger <br /> of parcels, is nullified <br /> Because your use has been initiated without approval, the following time restrictions must be met: <br /> • Public Health Services Condition of Approval No. 3.c. shall be fulfilled within fourteen(14) <br /> days of today's date(January 19, 1999). <br /> • An acceptable Improvement Plan application shall be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department within thirty(30) days of today's date(February 4, 1999). The <br /> application shall include an application form, the necessary fee, `will serve' letters, if <br /> applicable, and a 24 x 36 inch site plan. The site plan shall reflect all Conditions of <br /> Approval. If said Conditions are not adequately depicted or the site plan does provide all <br /> necessary information, the application will not be accepted. <br /> • All improvements, as mandated in the Conditions of Approval, shall be physically in place <br /> within sixty(60)days of today's date(March 5, 1999). <br /> If you fail to meet any of these time restrictions, your use permit may be revoked.
