Fremont Street, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A_ The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements <br /> required by the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of <br /> a building permit(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> B. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> C. Sub of three (3) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> $$76D artment for review and approval prior to beginning construction. A review fee of <br /> .00 s required at the time of submittal. <br /> D. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> E. If hazardous waste is generated, submit an application for a hazardous waste generator permit <br /> to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> F. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> G. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, <br /> Article 1, 114380). A review fee of$294.00 is required at the time of submittal. <br />
