FREMONT STREET (APN 143-320-54) (PA-0600026 SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1. The owner/developer should dedicate right-of-way adjacent the site as needed to <br /> accommodate future widening of State Hwy. 26. Further, the owner/applicant should <br /> install complete frontage improvements within the limits of the site, including, but not <br /> limited to, curb, gutter, and sidewalk, a single driveway installation serving the site not to <br /> exceed 30' in width, pavement widening and street lighting. Should installation of these <br /> improvements prove not practical due to existing physical constraints, the <br /> owner/developer should enter into a Deferred Improvement Agreement whereby the <br /> owner/developer agrees to install the required improvements at such time as it is <br /> practical. <br /> 2. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
