(DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: Noack Pump APN: 143-320-01 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisca, California 94129-1250, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> I risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> State Highway Route 26 has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet <br /> and a planned right-of-way width as required by Caltrans . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. Any dedications, improvements or permits for State Highway <br /> Route 26 shall be as required by Caltrans . <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is 5612 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as Manufacturing generated in the Stockton <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> ('Resolutions R-90-304 , R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and <br /> R-96-592) <br />
