Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Connection to a public sewer system is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-11052(b))• <br /> B. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> C. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> D. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be removed and transported to an <br /> approved disposal facility in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> E. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from the <br /> premises to an approved disposal facility are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> F. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> IL G. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> I <br />
