Fremont Street, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system must <br /> be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2.
