Upon further development, should San Joaquin County require this site to be served by <br /> City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is <br /> consistent with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for <br /> a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City <br /> of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed <br /> contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall <br /> be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer mains to serve this <br /> project, as required, to meet City standards. <br /> 2. The owner/developer should improve Fremont Street within the limits of the project <br /> as needed to provide for a transitioning 80' wide roadway section ( 40' half section). <br /> Full frontage improvements including, but not limited to, a driveway, curb, gutter, <br /> sidewalks, pavement widening and street lighting, should be installed prior to <br /> occupancy of any buildings/structures on this site. <br /> 3. To prevent tracking of dirt and debris onto the public roadways, an "all-weather"surface <br /> should be provided at the access to the RV housing area as well as in the traveled areas <br /> within the proposed housing area. <br /> Stockton <br /> '1II1► <br />
