If you wish to contest this action, you may file an appeal at the Planning Division Office. The ten-day appeal period will expire on May 10, 1993, at 5 : 00 p.m. If this date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day. If no appeal is filed, the action will become final at that time. The approval expiration date is November 9, 1994 . Please be advised that, unless otherwise specified in the Conditions of Approval, you must fulfill all conditions of Approval prior to establishment of the use or issuance of building permits.
