If <br /> you wish to contest this action, you may file an appeal at the <br /> Planning Division Office. The ten-day appeal period will expire <br /> on May 10, 1993, at 5 : 00 p.m. If this date falls on a weekend or <br /> a holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular <br /> business day. If no appeal is filed, the action will become <br /> final at that time.
