CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1100182 <br /> VAN GRONINGEN &SONS, INC., ETAUQUARTAROLI <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200182 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on January 11,2013 ,which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> July 13, 2014 , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: John L. Funderburg,468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application among four parcels as shown on <br /> the revised site plan dated November 26, 2012. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) FARMLAND SECURITY CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts <br /> and shall enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. The <br /> "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Farmland Security Contract has <br /> been deemed complete. Filing fees are required for this application. (Government Code Section <br /> 51257) <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. (Seethe attached memo dated October 12, 2011) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> APN: 203-060-12 & -13 are under Farmland Security Contract FA-99-0003. APN: 203-060-18 is under <br /> Farmland Security Contract FA-99-0021. APN: 203-060-08 is under Williamson Act Contract 79-C1-58. <br /> APN: 203-060-04 is not under a Farmland Security Contract. The proposed application is consistent with <br /> Government Code Section 51257. <br /> This is the first of three consecutive Lot Line Adjustments pursuant to the provisions contained in <br /> Development Title Section 9-872. <br />
