French Camp Road APN: 177-090-62 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> A portion of the site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Depth will be approximately one(1)foot above the natural ground elevation. <br /> French Camp Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section <br /> 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 3.
