Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit. A review fee of$156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
