ALSO CUSTOM AG <br /> MANUFACTURING OF ORCHARD EQUIPMENT SUCH AS NUT HULLERS, <br /> TREE SHAKERS, WOOD SPLITTERS, ETC., LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE <br /> OF TERMINOUS OF FRENCH CAMP ROAD AND STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 120. <br /> (DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: John Swier Trust APN: 203-220-22 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> French Camp Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachmentpermit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently Is $144.23 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Ripon area.
