GO DUHD 1M22R
From the San Ja
agvin County Flood Control and mater
Conservation District Study we find that the ground
water depth is approximately 40 feet and that the
gradient falls southerly at approximately 9 feet per
mile. See Exhibits 2 and 3.
SOILS gM? PMCOLMIGN TiBT
Per the "Soils of San Joaquin County" , as published by
the University of California, the soil is Dinuba Fine
Sandy Loam.
On September 29th, under Health Department permit,
standard percolation tests were run on the site. All
tests ars shown as Exhibit t 4.
WASER VALITr
The owner had MM Laboratories toot the ground water
for DBCPs and nitrates. The results are attached as
Exhibits S and 6.
CONCLUSIOK AND RgC0 1TIon
Based upon the results of percolation tests, interviews
and other data, it is my opinion that septic systems
can be constructed on this property that should not
degrade the existing water table at the density shown.
Six thousand square feet should be reserved on each
parcel for leach area.
r
