The 100-Year Flood Depth will be <br /> approximately 1 foot above the natural ground. In, addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency {FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219 , telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road (East) has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 68 .5 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 68.5 feet. <br /> Hacienda Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br />
