SALSA-92--63 OF ACE TOMATO <br /> COMPANY, INC. (C/O KATHLEEN LAGORIO JANSSEN) <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to use the ground <br /> floor of an existing two-story office building at Ace Tomato to <br /> establish an office for a communication services company. The <br /> property is located on the north side of French Camp Road, 700 feet <br /> east of Union Road, north of Manteca. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> 1. This approval shall be for a communication services <br /> company office to be located in the ground floor of the <br /> two-story office building on APN 177-100-25 . There shall <br /> be no on-site retail sales associated with the approved <br /> use. <br />
