SALSA-92--63 OF ACE TOMATO COMPANY, INC. (C/O KATHLEEN LAGORIO JANSSEN) The request is for a Site Approval application to use the ground floor of an existing two-story office building at Ace Tomato to establish an office for a communication services company. The property is located on the north side of French Camp Road, 700 feet east of Union Road, north of Manteca. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval : 1. This approval shall be for a communication services company office to be located in the ground floor of the two-story office building on APN 177-100-25 . There shall be no on-site retail sales associated with the approved use.
