State Route 99, West Frontage Road, Acampo <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required. <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section <br /> 5-4100. <br /> d. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> e. The applicant shall send to the Property Evaluation Unit of the Toxic Substance Control <br /> Division of the State Department of Health Services a letter approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Division requesting a determination under the provisions of Article <br /> 11, California State Health and Safety Code. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
