Verschliesser APN: 005-160-11 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road (west) has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 56 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 56 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A traffic study shall be conducted to determine impacts and <br /> mitigation measures on County roads. The developer shall <br /> deposit with the County funds for all costs, as estimated by <br /> the Public Works Department Public Facilities Division, prior <br /> to Public Works Department preparing or contracting for the <br /> required study. (Development Title Section 9-1150. 4) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development.
