The proposed building/s shall be provided with automatic fire
sprinklers or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by
area separation walls.
2. Because of a lack of a public water supply for the purpose of
providing an adequate water fire flow for fire protection for
this project, it will be necessary that the owner provide the
fire flow as required. This can be accomplished by utilizing a
well and static water supply calculated and installed for the
fire flow and demand projected. The installation of a fire
sprinkler system could decrease the amount of water required
by up to 75%.
3. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new buildings
constructed when any portion of an exterior wall of the first
story is located more than 150 feet from the public access
road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed
standards published in Public Works design standards (Sec.
10.203 UFC.
