(3) Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to the issuance of any building permits or the beginning of any construction. C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) 5. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION/FIRE SERVICES: a. The proposed buildings shall be provided with automatic fire sprinklers or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. b. Because of the lack of a public water supply to provide an adequate water fire flow for fire protection for this project, it will be necessary that the owner provide the fire flow as required. This can be accomplished by utilizing a well and static water supply calculated and installed for the fire flow and demand projected. The installation of a fire sprinkler system could decrease the amount of water required by up to 75 percent. C. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new buildings constructed when any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards published by Public Works design standards. (UFC Section 10.203) d. Permits for the storage and use of welding and cutting equipment shall be obtained from the office of the County Fire Warden. All equipment or processes used for cutting and welding shall meet or exceed the requirements of Article 49, Uniform Fire Code, 1991 edition.
