d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $125.00 per 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as 'Manufacturing.' The fee <br /> shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the <br /> rate of 7.66 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolution R-91327) <br /> 3. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT: (Staff Contact: J. R. Monty, 858-2331) <br /> a. The project must conform with the appropriate edition of the Uniform Fire Code (currently, <br /> the 1994 edition) and all related standards. <br /> b. Fire department facility fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance and Resolution adopting the fee schedule (Industrial/Commercial @$0.14 per <br /> square foot). <br /> C. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or the storage of <br /> building materials, requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for <br /> fire suppression shall be provided in accordance with Sections 901.3, 902.2.1, 903.2, and <br /> 8704 of the 1994 Uniform Fire Code. <br /> d. The fire access road shall meet the standards of the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> e. A Knox Box security key box shall be provided.
