MS-94-23 <br /> SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF FRENCH. CAMP ROAD AND INTERSTATE 5 <br /> The City of Stockton has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comments : <br /> 1 . This project will be seriously impacted when the Arch- <br /> Airport-Sperry Road Specific Plan is adopted. Approval <br /> of the proposed Specific Plan is anticipated in 1995 . <br /> Dedication may be required pending the ultimate alignment <br /> of Arch-Airport/Sperry Road as determined by the Specific <br /> Plan when adopted. Absent any re-alignment of the <br /> roadway, dedication of adequate right-of-way to provide <br /> for a 67' half-section along the existing roadway should <br /> be required. <br /> 2 . Access to the proposed development shall be limited to <br /> two driveways, each with a maximum width of 401 . The <br /> western most driveway shall be temporary and shall be <br /> abandoned when the I-5/French Camp Turnpike interchange <br /> is modified. The western most driveway shall be located <br /> so that the east edge of the driveway aligns with the <br /> east curb line of Val Dervin Parkway. The eastern most <br /> driveway shall be located so that its centerline is <br /> located along the lot line common to Parcels 1 and 2 . In <br /> no case shall the eastern most driveway be closer than <br /> 295 ' to the east edge of the western most driveway. <br /> Common access easements shall be utilized to provide <br /> internal circulation and access from lot to lot . <br /> 3 .
