The project's Comprehensive Sign Plan shall comply with all the <br /> requirements of the County Development Title's Sign Regulations, with the following <br /> exceptions: Freestanding Sign A (as labeled on the Site Plan submitted December 1, <br /> 1995) may be a maximum of 65 feet high, contain a maximum of 480 square feet of <br /> advertising per face, and be located no closer than five feet from the rear and future side <br /> property lines, and Freestanding Sign B shall contain a maximum of 160 feet of <br /> advertising per face. <br /> b. PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. If necessary, the developer shall obtain permits from the <br /> California Department of Transportation's Outdoor Advertising Department. <br /> C. ADDITIONAL SIGNS.
