SA-01-0042 OF EDUARDO LISEA. (APN: 177-070-45) (596 E FRENCH CAMP ROAD FRENCH CAMP) The applicant has submitted a Site Approval Application for agricultural truck parking. The applicant is proposing to park one truck and two trailers on two-acres. The site is located on the southwest side of French Camp Road, 100 feet south of Dudley Road, French Camp. There is currently a pending enforcement case on the property for parking trucks without the proper land use permits. This Site Approval application has been applied for to bring the property into compliance. The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval Application and offers the following comments: Site Approval Application No. SA-01-0042 was approved by the Community Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirementsshall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits.
