All traveled areas should be paved to ensure that vehicles exiting the site onto public streets are <br /> track and dust free. <br /> In addition, the following comments are offered: <br /> 1. Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton Sewer, <br /> and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's General Plan, the property owner will be <br /> required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer and pay the applicable fees. Further,the <br /> owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of the sewer main to <br /> serve this parcel, as required, to meet City standards. This may include the extension of the <br /> sewer main across the entire frontage of the property. <br /> 2. The subject parcel lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities District <br /> 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed. As a condition of receiving City of Stockton <br /> sewer service, the property owner must annex to the District(sign the CFD 90-1 MOU)and pay <br /> the District annexation fee(currently$7,711.09/acre based on the acreage as determined by the <br /> legal parcel size).
