ELEVEN MINI-STORAGE BUILDINGS OF VARIOUS SIZES, <br /> AND A 1,200-SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE/MANAGER'S APARTMENT IS BEING <br /> PROPOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. (DISTRICT 1) <br /> APPLICANT: William Gomes APN: 193-020-32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. Portions of the development are within the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency designated Floodway. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and <br /> City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplalns and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional <br /> flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> French Camp Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet that varies and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
