County Airport Land Use Commission for review and comment. State law requires that land use <br /> LATHROP. within airport areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan (ALUP). <br /> L.W. <br /> MANTECA, " <br /> RIPON, The site approval application to construct a mini-storage facility,an office, and an on-site <br /> RTOCKTON, manager apartment falls within the Horizontal Zone of the Stockton Metro Airport's Area of <br /> TRACY. Influence. This is based on the description of the project location at APN/Address: 193-020-32: 6006 <br /> AND <br /> THE couxrr or S. French Camp Road, French Camp. Few restrictions are necessary for projects that fall in this zone. <br /> EANJOAQUIN However,all proposed projects must adhere to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport <br /> Land Use Plan. The standards pertinent to all development in the Horizontal Zone include, but are not <br /> limited,to the following: <br /> ➢ The use of non-reflective materials,transmissions,and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> ➢ Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 <br /> dB; <br /> ➢ An avigation easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator; and, <br /> ➢ Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a <br /> review by Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form 7460- <br /> 1 entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration. This form can be accessed from <br /> www.faa.vov/aW/ace/f`aaforms.htin and sent to FAA, P.O.
