The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> �a Exterior walls less than ( 2.o ) feet from a property line <br /> shall be of ( l—tW,. ) , fire-resistive construction. <br /> Openings will not be permitted less than ( S ) feet and <br /> protected less than ( �p ) feet. <br /> b. The proposed use will change the occupancy from a <br /> ( ) occupancy to a ( ) occupancy <br /> (U.B.C. Section 3405) . The structure must be brought <br /> into compliance with all current code provisions <br /> including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, <br /> energy and disabled access requirements. <br /> Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> d.
