If you <br /> wish to contest this action, you may file an appeal at the <br /> Development Services Division office. The ten-day appeal period <br /> will expire on September 3, 1991, at 5: 00 p.m. If no appeal has <br /> been filed, the action will become final at that time. <br /> Please be advised that it is your responsibility to fulfill all <br /> Conditions of Approval and to file a Parcel Map with the County <br /> Surveyor prior to September 3, 1993 , the expiration date of the <br /> tentative map approval. You should contact the responsible <br /> agencies for assistance in fulfilling the Conditions of Approval. <br /> The Parcel Map is to be submitted to the County Surveyor through <br /> the Public Services Division of the Department of Public Works . <br /> Under provisions of California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) <br /> Regulations that became effective on January 1, 1991, the Community <br /> Development Department has determined that your project has no <br /> potential for any adverse effect, either individually or <br /> cumulatively, on wildlife resources. <br />
