Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts that could not be mitigated to a less than <br /> significant level. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use is an agricultural use that is <br /> compatible with the adjoining land uses. The parcels to the north, south, east and west <br /> are currently used for agricultural purposes. To the south and west are existing single- <br /> family residences and to the east is a residence currently occupied by the applicant on a <br /> separate parcel.
