Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste management <br /> practices. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. A review fee of$186.00 is applicable at the time of submittal. <br /> Compliance with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 15,Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure <br /> management plan <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department believes a bathroom facility is needed for the <br /> proposed client and event use. The Environmental Health Department will allow <br /> chemical toilets for interim use for up to 18 months. <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned agricultural well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department as required or bring the well into service with a proper seal (i.e.: windmill <br /> use would be acceptable)prior to final occupancy(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> R5-03 <br />
