Frewert Road, Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with appropriate waste management <br /> practices. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. A review fee of$186.00 is applicable at the time of submittal. <br /> Compliance with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure <br /> management plan. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br />
