The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a fifty(50)foot <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of Frewert Road to the property across the parcel's frontage. (A <br /> $410.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,447.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Service Commercial in the Lathrop area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
