SA-01-75 OF RICHARD <br /> STAGNO (APN: 191-260-23) (690 W FREWERT ROAD, <br /> LATHROP) <br /> The applicant is proposing to establish an animal feed lot to accommodate <br /> a maximum of five hundred (500) pigs (Use Type: Animal Feeding and Sales). <br /> The project includes the use of an existing 24,725 square foot covered animal <br /> pen and an existing 2,400 square foot commercial coach for an office. The <br /> animals will remain inside the building and will not freely roam the property. <br /> The site is located on the south side of Frewert Road, 4,600 feet west of 1-5, west <br /> of Lathrop. The adjacent properties have a General Plan designation of A/G <br /> (General-Agriculture) and are zoned AG-40 (General-Agriculture with a 40 acre <br /> minimum). The parcel is located outside Lathrop and Stockton's Spheres of <br /> Influence. One letter of opposition has been submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-75 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on . The effective date of approval is .
