g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the fallowing: <br /> 1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of Frewert Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project <br /> site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> 2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside <br /> storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings. Animal feed does not need to be screened. (Development Title <br /> Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> j. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be <br /> provided: <br /> 1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, <br /> shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of <br /> manure, so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and <br /> offensive odors. Premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1045.4[b]) <br /> 2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or <br /> maintained in coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, closer <br /> than 40 feet from any rear or side property line. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1045.3) <br /> 3) The offspring of animals are allowed and shall not be counted until they are of <br /> weanable or self-sufficient age. Swine shall be counted at eight (8) weeks of <br /> age. (Development Title Section 9-1045.3) <br /> 4) Swine shall not be fed market refuse, garbage, or offal. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1045.3) <br />
