(2) A minimum of six (6) parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) van accessible space. <br /> The accessible space shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). (0.2 spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building area.) (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015.3) <br /> f. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. The space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in <br /> length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways <br /> and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of the loading space as long as maneuvering areas for <br /> delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Frewert Road, shall be installed across the frontage cf the project site. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6)to seven (7)feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or <br /> in front of main buildings. Animal feed does not need to be screened. (Development Title Section <br /> 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> j. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be provided: <br /> (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be <br /> maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure, so as to discourage <br /> the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and offensive odors. Premises shall be <br /> maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045.4[b]) <br /> (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or maintained in coops, <br /> pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, closer than 40 feet from any rear or side <br /> property line. (Development Title Section 9-1045.3) <br /> (3) The offspring of animals are allowed and shall not be counted until they are of weanable or <br /> self-sufficient age. Swine shall be counted at eight(8) weeks of age. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1045.3) <br /> (4) Swine shall not be fed market refuse, garbage, or offal.
