(2) A minimum of six (6) parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) van accessible space. The accessible space shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (0.2 spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building area.) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) f. LOADING: One (1) loading space shall be provided. The space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of the loading space as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6) g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Frewert Road, shall be installed across the frontage cf the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6)to seven (7)feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. Animal feed does not need to be screened. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) j. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply and shall be provided: (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure, so as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and offensive odors. Premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045.4[b]) (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or maintained in coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, closer than 40 feet from any rear or side property line. (Development Title Section 9-1045.3) (3) The offspring of animals are allowed and shall not be counted until they are of weanable or self-sufficient age. Swine shall be counted at eight(8) weeks of age. (Development Title Section 9-1045.3) (4) Swine shall not be fed market refuse, garbage, or offal.
