Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees and patrons the sewage disposal system is being designed for and <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked <br /> on or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> G. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> - <br /> 1110.4). <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer.
