The freezer will be constructed as Phase 2. <br /> A maximum of five hundred (500) animals per day may be slaughtered. Animals will be kept in an existing <br /> 25,000-square-foot barn and generally slaughtered within twelve hours of arrival at the facility. Though not a <br /> feedlot, animals will occasionally be held for greater periods of time, up to a maximum of forty-eight hours, <br /> and will be fed.
