The review was performed to determine if changes in the building <br /> size required the Order to be amended. I have reviewed the information presented in your transmittal <br /> and discussed the issue with Mr. Richard Stagno. Based on the determinations presented below the <br /> Order does not need to be amended. <br /> • Additional rainwater collected by the buildings will be diverted to the stone water retention <br /> ponds consistent with the Order. <br /> • Wastewater effluent will not exceed the Order limits.
