Frewert Rd, Lathrop <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Solid Waste Facility Permit, Report of Compost Site Information (RCSI), and Odor Impact <br /> Management Plan (GIMP) will require revision to account for changes in operation including <br /> tonnage, accepted wastes, vehicle counts and facility size. <br /> B. All handling activities shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes vectors, litter, <br /> nuisances, noise impacts, and minimizes human contact with inhalation, ingestion, and <br /> transportation of dust, particulates, and pathogenic organisms. <br /> C. The site is prone to ponding. The facility will need to be graded in order to ensure proper <br /> drainage. Owner/Operator should obtain grading permit before any grading activities. <br /> D. The operator shall minimize impacts from leachate generation. The operator shall ensure <br /> that leachate is controlled to prevent contact with the public. <br /> E. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> F. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator <br /> must report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.ctov/ and comply with the laws and regulations <br /> for the programs listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases). <br /> 1. Any amount but not limited to the following hazardous waste; hazardous material spills, <br /> used oil, used oil filters, used oil-contaminated absorbent/debris, waste antifreeze, used <br /> batteries or other universal waste, etc. — Hazardous Waste Program (Health &Safety <br /> Code (HSC) Sections 25404 & 25180 et sec.) <br /> 2.
