The project includes an increase in the pocessed tonnage from 156,000 to 182,000 tons per year and an increase in the projects area from 20 acres to 40 acres. The project also inculdes the constuction of asecond truck savle near the ingress driveway for trucks. The existing truck scale, silo, shed, office and scale house will remain on-site. No new structures are proposed. this parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Frewert Road, 1.3 miles west of Manthey Road,west of Lathrop. (APN/Address: 916 West Frewert Road,Lathrop/191-260-22& 191-70-04)(Supervisorial District 3) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW; If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than October 9, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and-recommendation for this application.
