Project must conform with the appropriate edition of the California Fire Code <br /> (currently, the 2001 edition) and all related standards. <br /> 2. Fire Department Facility Fee's are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance and Resolutions adopting the fee schedule. Industrial/Commercial <br /> - S .43 per sq. ft. (8,976 sq ft X .43 T$3,859.68). This should not be considered an <br /> Agricultural use. <br /> 3. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of <br /> building materials, requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water <br /> for fire suppression shall be provided in accordance with Section 901.3, Section <br /> 902.2.1, Section 903.2 and Section 8704 of the 2001 California Fire Code. <br /> 4. The Fire Access Road shall meet the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's Association <br /> Standard. Since this type of use is prone to spontaneous fires,access shall remain on <br /> all sides. Thought should be given to uses down-wind (S/E direction) <br /> 5. Wind rows shall have adequate spacing in between rows for access and fire breaks. <br /> 6. Knox Box security key box shall be provided.
