Inc. has reviewed application PA- 0500726 (SA) this project involves a site approval application for a <br /> composting green waste facility to Include a 160 square foot office,and 20 acres of composting area to be built in three <br /> phases_This project Is located on the south side of Frowert Road,5,530 feet west of Manthey Road,north of Lathrop. <br /> San Joaquin County Is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and open Space Plan <br /> (SJMSCP). Participation In the SJMSCP satisfies requlremonts of both the state and federal endangered species acts, <br /> and ensur©s that the impacts are mitigated below a lovel of significance in compliance with the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act (CEUA). Although participation in the SJMSCP Is voluntary, lead agents should pe aware that If project <br /> applicants choose against participating in the SJMSCP, they will be required to provide alternative mitigation In an <br /> amount and kind equal to that provided in the SJMSCP, <br /> This Project Is subject to the SJMSCP.
