The parcel shares one sewer lateral and one sewer cleanout. The home on <br /> the north side of Front Street, 18743 Front, sewer ties into the east side of lone <br /> Street, 18721 Front Street. The sewer would have to be separated with an <br /> easement for the lateral,granted by 18721 Front Street. The sewer main in the <br /> street is approximately 18-20 feet deep. <br /> The homeowner is responsible for the installation of the sewer lateral at their <br /> expense and will need to adhere to the District's installation requirements prior <br /> to the parcel being subdivided. There will also be a connection fee charge.
