1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 17,000 square feet parcel located at <br /> 18721 Front St., Linden, CA. The subject parcel number is 091-210-24. The project is in an <br /> residential community, and the existing parcel is zoned R-L. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 17,000 square feet <br /> _ parcel into one 7,608 square feet parcel and one 9,392 square feet parcel. In accordance with <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or 2) <br /> historical environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, ( / <br /> and county records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owners, David and Paula <br /> Mazzera. The owners were interviewed on July 29, 2005. David and Paula Mazzera have <br /> owned parcel 091-210-24 for more than 10 years. The land use has not changed under their <br /> ownership. <br /> Presently the property includes two houses. The surrounding properties to the north, south, <br /> .- and east are used for residential purposes. <br /> At this time there are no immediate plans for development except to subdivide the subject (7-A ) <br /> parcel. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTANHNATION: <br /> .. 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on September 2, 2006 <br /> (see appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on March 2, 2006 by Mike Toy of <br /> Dillon& Murphy. The owner was interviewed on July 29, 2006, by Joe Murphy of / <br /> Dillon& Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> appendix). A search for ust sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded nothing in the <br /> surrounding areas (see appendix).
