1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 17,000 square feet parcel located at 18721 Front St., Linden, CA. The subject parcel number is 091-210-24. The project is in an residential community, and the existing parcel is zoned R-L. 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 17,000 square feet _ parcel into one 7,608 square feet parcel and one 9,392 square feet parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or 2) historical environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, ( / and county records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN page). 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owners, David and Paula Mazzera. The owners were interviewed on July 29, 2005. David and Paula Mazzera have owned parcel 091-210-24 for more than 10 years. The land use has not changed under their ownership. Presently the property includes two houses. The surrounding properties to the north, south, .- and east are used for residential purposes. At this time there are no immediate plans for development except to subdivide the subject (7-A ) parcel. 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTANHNATION: .. 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on September 2, 2006 (see appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on March 2, 2006 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. The owner was interviewed on July 29, 2006, by Joe Murphy of / Dillon& Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see appendix). A search for ust sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded nothing in the surrounding areas (see appendix). Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. 1 ..
