By 12 June 2003, the Discharger shall submit certification that a pH control system has
been installed. The system shall be designed to adjust the pH of the waste so that it
continuously complies with the Discharge Specification CA.
e. By 14 July 2003,the Discharger shall submit a Salinity Reduction Study Workplan.
The workplan shall describe a plan for identifying high salinity waste streams and
performing sampling and analysis to specifically characterize the salinity species of
each high salinity waste stream. The study shall consider all aspects of winery waste,
discuss alternate methods to reduce dissolved solids discharged to the LTUs, and
present an implementation plan for the selected salinity reduction measure(s).
h. By 14 July 2003,the Discharger shall submit an LTU Operation and Maintenance Plan
for review and approval. The O&M Plan shall be prepared in accordance with
V\.
