1 <br /> Bear Creek Winery inspection 2 <br /> There are two water softeners: one by the distillery and one for the kegging line. These ran for about six <br /> days last year, during keg cleaning. <br /> Domestic sewage is treated via septic tanks and leachfields. <br /> SUMMARY: <br /> The Discharger is in compliance with its current WDRs. However, it is anticipated that the updated <br /> WDRs will require that the winery wastewater be applied at agronomic rates and at rates that will not <br /> cause nuisance conditions. The Discharger will need to pre-treat the wastewater before it is applied to <br /> land.
