CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL' <br /> PA-1600080(LA) <br /> DIEDElQUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment- application no. PA-1600080 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on June 15, 2016,which is'the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on December 15, 2017, which is 18 months'from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice-of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a, Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,-all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Stephanie Stowers, 1209)468-9653) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application among three parcels as shown <br /> on the site plan dated April 13, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall bel,prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed land Surveyor. (Development title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA-1600079: The "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for application <br /> No. PA-1600079 shall be recorded and deeds transferred prior to the recordation of the "Notice of <br /> Lot Line Adjustment'for application No. PA-1600080. <br /> 2.
