Verizon Wireless agrees to be responsible for all costs related to these <br /> surveys and investigations. <br /> 2. Filings. Owner or authorized agent consents that Verizon Wireless may make <br /> and file applications for the proposed wireless antenna facility on the Property to such local, <br /> state and federal governmental entities whose approval may be necessary for this type of use. <br /> Submittals and approvals include zoning applications, variances, land use descriptions, and <br /> other submittals necessary for this type of use- <br /> 3. Telco. Owner or authorized agent consents that Verizon Wireless may order, <br /> coordinate, and install upgraded telephone connectivity to the site. Verizon Wireless agrees to <br /> be responsible for any and all costs related to this installation.
